What will happen if the merchandise is lost during the trip?
We are systematically covered by transport insurance for all our goods.
Do you guarantee the quality of the products ordered?
Here is our process for ensuring quality: We only work with companies that have a strict quality policy, our on-site team inspects the manufacture of the products, and our partner SGS checks the goods before they leave the factory.
Where do your sanitary products come from?
We are working on our sanitary equipment with industrial partners around the world, particularly in Asia (China, South Korea, Southeast Asia), and in Europe.
Your prices are advantageous, would this have an impact on the quality?
We can only offer products of recognized quality to our European customers, there are few intermediaries between us and the factories, and we add a very reasonable margin in order to provide advantageous prices to our customers.
Do you have customer references in Switzerland?
Yes, we supply sanitary products and equipment to many municipalities, EMS, hospitals, companies, etc.
Why are your prices advantageous?
We usually deal directly with the manufacturer and we get excellent terms.
What would be the lead time for our order?
10-14 days for medium quantities and 14-25 days for large quantities which take longer to produce.
Will we have price advantages if we order a larger quantity?
Yes, our prices are decreasing according to the quantity, you can contact our sales team to obtain the price table.
Do you have all your sanitary products stored in Switzerland?
We have certain sanitary protection products in stock, but we generally do not have a just-in-time flow, our industrial partners directly produce the goods ordered in order to provide products which have a maximum period of validity; without storage costs, our conditions are even more advantageous.
Do you supply other sanitary products than covid19 products?
Yes of course, we provide all health products apart from drugs that require specific authorizations. Our partner companies offer a wide range of products that covers all activities in the field of health.
